We’ve had a few folks asking about how to update a ticket recently, and thought I’d send a quick note to clear it up for everyone…

 

  1. Respond to the Email – If you respond to the email that you get from [email protected], it will update your response in the ticket system under that particular ticket.
  2. Via the Website – If you go to https://help.wunc.org, there is an option to login in the upper right hand corner. Logging in will allow you to view and update all of your tickets. The first time you go there, you will need to register with your email address, as all tickets are tracked via email address.
  3. Through Slack – If you get a verification of your ticket through Slack, one of the buttons on the verification will allow you to Add Reply. This will update the ticket.
