Two options are provided.

Option #1 Sign in via web browser:

Go to unc.zoom.us

 

Click on the "Sign in" button located at the center of the page.

 

 

 

Complete the standard SSO log-in process with your UNC provided ONYEN user name followed by your password when prompted. 

 

Once logged in to the web browser the local app on your computer should also re-sync/log in.

 

 

Option #2 via local Zoom app:

 

Selecting the SSO button will begin the UNC specific log in process.  Do not simply enter an email address as that does not work.

 

 

After selecting the SSO button, then enter UNC in the associated company sub domain address.

 

The final address should read unc.zoom.us and select continue.
 

Complete the standard SSO log-in with your UNC provided ONYEN user name, followed by your password when prompted.
