Rode condensor mic not working with MixPre-3

The Rode mic is a condenser mic and requires phantom power. There is a phantom power setting +48v in the menu settings on the Mix Pre-3. The Sennheiser MD 46 mic is a dynamic mic and does not require phantom power. Simply push down the fader of the track you want to and choose the the second "menu dot. Touch the Phantom 48v box to turn on or off.
